All employees in Watsons have the opportunity to advance their careers to higher levels of responsibility within our organisation. 

AS Watson Group Retail Academy officially launched in March 2018.  It is the first local Retail Academy in the industry, driving the development of the new retail era. AS Watson Group becomes the first company in the retail sector offering its staff professional and comprehensive courses recognised by the QF. Since 2013, the Group has launched 15 QF accredited programmes (Level 2 to Level 5) and has trained nearly 3,500 staff across PARKnSHOP, Watsons, FORTRESS and Watson's Wine.  In March 2018, the first batch of 20 graduates attained the QF Level 5 recognition (equivalent to a Bachelor Degree Qualification).

We cultivate a “Work Hard, Play Hard” culture in Watsons and organize a wide variety of recreational activities for our staff, such as regular luncheons, dance classes and basketball competitions. We have also organized Family Fun Day and movie nights for our staff and their families with fond memories. Not limited to our AS Watson family, we also extend our love and care to the community by encouraging our staff to contribute in voluntary and charity activities with the company – “bring more to the community”.
