Drive store KPIs including sales and profitability, store operation standard, shrinkage and cost control, customer service excellence and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration
Monitor the stock inventory, in-store visual merchandising and marketing promotion display to maximize sales performance and enhance customer experience
Provide training and coaching to team members to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
Identify customers’ needs and build strong customer relationships
Job Requirement
Secondary education or above
Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in retail or service industry; preferably gained in food or supermarket industry
Strong commercial sense and customer oriented
Good organizing, communication and leadership skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
The successful candidates may take “Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4)”, a recognised qualification equivalent to Associate Degree level under the Qualification Framework. In addition, you may take “Professional Diploma in Retail Management (QF Level 5)”, a program jointly developed by AS Watson Group and Institute for Entrepreneurship of PolyU with a recognised qualification equivalent to Bachelor Degree level under the Qualification Framework. The 18-month course covers sales and marketing, customer management, information technology, human resources, merchandising and supply chain, store operations and strategic management and its application.
